Mortuary out of hell! – Pietermaritzburg mortuary is filled with rotting corpse , no supply of cleaning chemicals and a air-conditioning system that is not functioning since 2014 – Way to go ANC!

The smell hits you as soon as you enter the reception area. Workers say the air-conditioning system has not been working since 2014.
